Installation

Installation of the 9HAUS Matrix LED headlights is a breeze on 991 models:

991.1: Simply remove your stock headlights with the tool in your 991 toolset, transfer the gasket on the old headlights to the new one, plug in and insert the new lights.

991.2: Front bumper needs to be slightly lowered to access headlight bolts just underneath the headlight bucket. Plug in the new lights using the provided adapter.

Installation typically takes less than 15 minutes on 991.1, and slightly longer on 991.2 due to bumper removal. We can support you during installation.

You won't get an error code if you have Halogen or Xenon headlights. If you have factory LED headlights, you may get an error code which is easily erased with a code reader.

Adjustment

Adjustment of the 9HAUS headlights is super easy, and exactly the same as factory headlights. Attached is the page from the owner's manual describing the method, and a picture showing the location of the adjustment screw. All you need is a 5mm allen key that is longer than 5 inches. We suggest to follow the steps outlined in your owners manual to properly level both your headlights. For reference, you can find the location of the adjustment screw below:
